Government Fees

Government fees are charged by immigration authorities or official government agencies for processing visas, eVisas, ETA applications, arrival cards, or other travel documents.

These fees are non-refundable once paid to the issuing authority.

GoArrivio Service Fee

Our service fee covers professional assistance including:

  • Application review

  • Document verification

  • Error checking

  • Form preparation

  • Customer support

  • Submission assistance

This fee compensates GoArrivo for the services we provide.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Cancellation Before Submission

If your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant government authority, you may request cancellation.

Approved refunds may be issued after deducting any administrative costs already incurred.

Government fees, payment gateway charges, and any third-party services already purchased are not refundable.

2.2 Cancellation After Submission

Once your application has been submitted to the relevant immigration or government authority:

  • Government fees cannot be refunded.

  • GoArrivo service fees are also non-refundable because the requested service has been completed.

Submission confirmation, tracking numbers, or application reference numbers serve as proof that the service has been performed.

2.3 Government Decision

GoArrivo assists with preparing and submitting travel applications.

We do not control approval decisions made by government authorities.

If your application is:

  • Rejected

  • Refused

  • Delayed

  • Cancelled by the government

no refund will be issued for government charges or service fees.

2.4 Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally submit multiple payments for the same application, please contact our support team immediately.

After verification, duplicate payments may be refunded using the original payment method.

2.5 Digital Products

Any digital products, downloadable documents, premium services, priority processing, or similar add-on services become non-refundable once they have been delivered or activated.

3. Processing Time

Refunds approved by GoArrivio are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.

4. Incorrect Information Submitted

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

GoArrivo is not responsible for application rejection caused by:

  • Incorrect passport details

  • Incorrect personal information

  • Missing documents

  • Incorrect travel information

  • False declarations

Applications rejected for these reasons are not eligible for refunds.

5. Government Delays

Government processing times are estimates only.

GoArrivo cannot guarantee approval timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Immigration authorities

  • Public holidays

  • Technical issues

  • Additional government verification

  • Changes in immigration policy

Government processing delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience a payment issue, please contact GoArrivio before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Submitting an unnecessary or fraudulent chargeback after services have been provided may result in:

  • Suspension of future services

  • Cancellation of active applications where legally permitted

  • Submission of transaction evidence to the payment processor

  • Recovery of applicable administrative or legal costs where permitted by law

7. Currency

Payments may be processed in USD or another supported currency.

If your payment is converted by your bank, exchange rate fluctuations and bank fees are outside GoArrivo's control.

Refunds are issued only for the amount approved by GoArrivo.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

For security and anti-fraud reasons, refunds cannot be transferred to another account, card, wallet, or individual.

9. Force Majeure

GoArrivio shall not be liable for refunds resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government policy changes

  • Border closures

  • Natural disasters

  • War or civil unrest

  • Airline cancellations

  • Pandemics

  • Immigration rule changes
